You need to try and jump on the next road that is a bit higher than the road you are already driving on. But while doing so you have to make sure you don't get hit by any traffic that is already on the road or any ambulance which might be driving on that road. if you hit the ambulance, well it would be easy for your player to get to the hospital.
So all you have to do is keep jumping high while making sure you dont hit the traffic and you collect as many coins as possible. By using those coins, you can unlock several other vehicles which you can use to play the game.
